Shipping & Handling: Most items ship within 48 hours via UPS Ground, which generally takes 2-5 Business days to arrive. Out of stock items can take up to two weeks to ship. If you need your order expeditied, please call us to verify the status of your desired items BEFORE ordering online.

 

Returns: Non-perishable returns must be made within 14 days of date of delivery confirmation. Alchemy does not accept returns or exchanges on ANY perishable items. This includes loose tea!

 

Packaging: The container in which your tea will be shipped directly correlates to the volume of the particular tea ordered. Most 3 oz and 6 oz packages of tea ship in tins, however in some cases, fluffier and leafier blends may not fit into tins and will be packaged in poly-lined bags.
